Argentina has named its 18-player football squad for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, which includes four players who were part of the team that won the FIFA World Cup in Qatar in 2022. Alvarez and Otamendi were both starters for Argentina in Qatar, while Fernandez and Mac Allister played key roles off the bench. The four players are all expected to be key members of the Argentina team in Paris.

The rest of the squad is made up of young players who have impressed for their clubs in recent months. This includes Boca Juniors midfielder Alan Varela, River Plate defender Franco Carboni, and Racing Club forward Carlos Alcaraz.
