Composition
The Supreme Court of the Philippines is composed of a Chief Justice and 14 Associate Justices.
Appointment
The members of the Court are appointed by the President of the Philippines from a list of nominees submitted by the Judicial and Bar Council (JBC).
Term of Office
The Chief Justice and the Associate Justices serve until they reach the mandatory retirement age of 70.
